What causes seasons?

- The world tilts on its axis causing it to rotate with the sun in shining on different areas on the earth

 

- How long the sun shines on one area on the planet can effect the seasons in a year and why it is cold in January and hot in June

 

- The jet stream can deal with some of the seasons depending on when the jet stream pulls water out of the pacific and create rain and snow which would be winter and when it doesnt pull water out of the pacific for a long period of time it will most likley be summer
