Humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air.  Dew point is the temperature at which water will condense and dew will form.

1/2...how do we measure each of them?..what unit of measurement do we use?

Dew point is a temperature but is never the same. We measure humidity in percentages with a hygrometer.
