First of all for clouds to form you need water vapor in the air. Also the temperature has to be below dewpoint.  the water vapor needs to be able to condense on to a surface. so the water vapor rises into the atmospherebandand as it is rising it is cooling down. which means it is condensing so the water vapor needs to cling to a surfadce which is creating a cloud.

This is pretty good...3/4...describe condensing with more detail...what surface is water vapor clinging to?

condensing is when the gas ics changing to a liquiud. the water vapor is clinging to what ever particle like dust etc.
