The water cycle consists of evaperation, condensation, and precipitation. Evaperation is where water is heated and turns into a gas in the air. This gas is called water vapor. Condensation is where the water vapor turns back into a liquid. This liquid turns into clouds, fog etc... Precipitation is where the water in the air falls back to earth in the form of rain, snow, hail, sleet, and such. The water cycle happens in many different things likerivers, groundwater, animal waste, soil, atmospere, glaciers, lakes, oceans, and plants.
